- On October 9, 2026, investigators observed a package delivery to Torres’s residence and then saw Guzman, Torres, and Heredia-Suarez arrive at the Homestead Avenue location with the package. [1]
- On October 20, 2026, a grand jury in Hartford returned an indictment charging Guzman, Torres, and Heredia-Suarez with conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl and 500 grams or more of cocaine. [1]
